My contacts keep gniog to Junk Email. I have tried to re-enter and the message semoc up that they are already contacts. I have more mail in my junk e mail than in my in box.

Do you mean that emails from your contacts go to the Junk E-mail folder? Make sure you didn't accidentally put them on the Blocked Senders list: Tools, Junk E-mail Options, Blocked Senders.
